Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app. There is no cancellation fee.
How much you get back
You get back the fee for the part of your paid period you have not used:
Refund = amount paid × unused days ÷ days in the period
- Days are counted in Indian Standard Time.
- The day you cancel counts as a used day.
- If your paid period has not started yet, the unused days are the whole period.
- The amount is rounded down to the paisa.
Credit note and GST
Every refund comes with a GST credit note for the refunded amount, available in the app with your invoices.
How long it takes
Refunds are approved by our finance team and paid back to the original payment method.
